Do I have to change down to my underwear?
No, you do not have to change down to your underwear. Treatment is performed dressed and with your permission garmets are lifted to expose the areas of complaint. It is sometimes useful if you wear a vest especially if it's a shoulder complaint and if you have a leg or knee complaint shorts are reccommended.
